You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or contain harmful material.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Upload malware, exploits, or content designed to harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
• Scrape the platform in a way that degrades service for other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload content that violates export control laws.

5. Moderation

ChipAI.dev reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChipAI.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
